The high speed rotate disperse-disc create a strong absorb force between the basket bottom and itself, which absorb the material out of the basket. Meanwhile, the plate’s strong eccentricity force ejects the material out of the basket, and accelerates the dispersing.
Breaking, emulsifying and homogenizing of different viscidity of liquid, by the high speed rotate of disperse-disc, the material suffers strong high-shear, attrition and strike, and be homogenization, dissolve and disperse finally.

When confabulate with pressure adding system, the normal disperser could change to free lifting one; when adding the inverter, it could be the high precision speed adjustable disperser; by replace the disperser-disc, we could disperse different viscidity materials.
