2. Description of High Speed Disperser:

This age old design has been refined and updated for longer life, improved performance and reduced maintenance costs
  Working Principle of High Speed Disperser:
  High Speed Dispersers consist of a driven vertical shaft and a high shear disk type blade. The blade rotates at up to 5000 fpm and creates a radial flow pattern within a stationary mix vessel. The blade creates a vortex that pulls in the contents of the vessel to the blades sharp edges. The blade surfaces then mechanically tear apart solids thereby reducing their size, and at the same time dispersing them among the liquid used as the carrier fluid.
  Features of High Speed Disperser:
  The standard design includes features such as Explosion Proof Inverter Duty Motors, heavy duty v-belt drives and bearings, safety switches for both height limitation and mix can position, adjustable can lock system for use with different size mix vessels, air/oil hydraulic lift system including hand/foot controls, Stainless Steel wetted parts and Stainless Steel shaft guard.
  Available in all standard sizes and special design configurations. Custom designs to meet all of your dispersing and mixing needs.
  High Speed Dispersers are ideal for dispersions that are up to a maximum of approx. 50,000 centipoise.
