Sand Mill
The Basket Mill product is a facility that is used to pulverize the particles of paint and colorings, Pigment，Gravure Ink，Cosmetics
Basket Mill is manufactured with even spacing (0.5mm) and ZIRCONIUM BEAD (Hardness of 1300Hv) is filled inside SCREEN BASKET and take up to 80% of SCREEN BASKET.
Z-BEAD is moved by rotation of disc impeller which moves in accordance with the circulating movement of main shaft
Pulverization is made possible by the the movement of Z-BEAD when the impact between particles and the movement of Z-BEAD
Pulverized materials exits through GAP of S-BASKET and taken back through upper suction so that they can be repeatedly pulverized until it’s completely pulverized to desired level.
The materials might create a heap in the bottom, this problem is taken care by operation of IMPELLER.
Replacement became easy as the BODY is lifted up bu mixing tank.

Classication of capacity of Basket Mill depends on mixing tank and 1 batch of work.
The level of workload divides mixing tank into various sizes (200ℓ,400ℓ, 600ℓ, and 800ℓ)
